Andrew McLoughlin has joined as a PPC Executive in the Manchester office.</p><p>Head of Paid Search, Steve Harrington comments, “We&#8217;re really excited to have Andrew join the team. Andrew is a graduate of Digital Marketing &amp; Communications (a degree that wasn&#8217;t around when I left Uni &#8211; which makes me feel really old!), and as part of his degree he spent a year working for MediaVest as a PPC Assistant.”</p><p>Due to Refreshed Membership’s growing client base they are also welcoming a new starter to their team today. id="more-1143"></span></p><p>The team at Google Analytics have been busier than ever recently, and one of the many new reports they&#8217;ve launched over the past few months is the Site Speed report.  This report allows site owners to analyse individual page load performance.  The Site Speed reports have recently upgraded with increased metrics (such as speed breakdowns of server response and page redirection), so now site owners can understand in further detail users’ experience of the site and improve its performance.</p><p>With more features than ever, navigating your way round Google Analytics can be confusing and with an estimated 80% of businesses not using it effectively, they are missing out on understanding how to increase their website’s profitability.</p><p>To fix this problem, Refreshed Media, the Bournemouth based digital marketing agency, have launched a Google Analytics training and consultancy package for under £500 which offers businesses the opportunity to have their Analytics account configured correctly. PA Life also wanted the website to act a platform to promote brand extensions and drive subscribers to the website.</p><p>The resulting website meets that brief, providing PA Life with a website that will allow PA Life to extend their current print offering to a digital platform- a critical factor in the survival of publishers as digital continues to dominate.</p><p>David Quainton, Editor of PA Life, is delighted, “The site looks great and is usable from our point of view and also from the user&#8217;s point of view.” He also goes onto comment, “The Refreshed Membership team has been excellent, tinkering with development throughout and coping with constant small changes and requests from our side. id="more-1105"></span></p><p>Space and Time are now operating from their new Midlands office. The office is headed up by David Geary, who will be joined by Joe Alexander, currently an account manager at McCann Erickson with experience in automotive, trade and retail sectors. Alex Walker completes the Midlands account management team.</p><p>The final piece of news &#8211; Space and Time are delighted to announce that they are now doing the media planning and buying for clients of Young Philips, which includes The Westminster Collection, Away Resorts and Worldwide Leisure Group. Kimberly Hawkins and Danny Phillips who are currently based in sister company, Thinking Juice’s offices, will be handling the account.</p><p>Our media division is going from strength to strength building upon our offering as a truly integrated agency. id="more-1096"></span></p><p>Lee joins the team having previously worked at Castle Cover (Ageas) where he was responsible for digital campaign management and website development. He also brings extensive experience on both agency and client side having held previous roles in marketing and digital account management.</p><p>Lee describes himself as being driven and efficient at work, but very laid back and disorganised at home.
